今天继续学习《小学英语教学活动设计这门课程》，老师讲解的很细致也很到位，我就几个方面谈谈自己的看法和理解。
1 、活动应确立明确的教学目的。
我们的教学活动说到底还是为教学而服务的，所以我们只有明确了自己的教学目的才能有效的开展活动，达到活动的最佳效果。同时注意对学生在语言知识，语言技能 ，情感态度 ，学习策略和文化意识几个方面进行渗透。
2 、活动应针对小学生生理、心理特征及认知水平 。
兴趣是学生学习英语的动力。所以我们应该尝试用形式多样的教学活动来吸引学生的注意力。针对小学生的年龄、心理和生理特点，可以经常组织 guessing game, role play, chant, songs and rhymes, missing game 等不同类型的活动，并力求使活动多而不乱。总之要注意： 突出趣味性 (如： chant 、guessing game ) 、 低龄儿童应多采用听力活动 (如： listen & do tpr ) 、 年龄稍大的儿童应注重发展听、说、读、写技能。
3 、活动任务应是学生力所能及的，但也应有一定的挑战性。
太难的活动会打消孩子的积极性，太简单又会觉得没有挑战性，所以我们一定要把握好这个度，难易适中。
4 、活动应以学生为中心，使全班学生共同参与。
学生是学生的主体，所以小组活动时我们应该考虑到给每个学生都分配任务、关注不同学习方式、不同层次的学生，这样有助于培优辅差。
5 、应使学生参与活动的整个过程。
这里说的整个过程包括活动前材料的准备、活动中同学之间的相互配合、活动后的反馈。 让学生在体验感知的过程中收获学习的快乐!
6 、活动应指向语言，不应为活动而活动。
我们都应该明确一点，我们设计的活动一定都是为教学目标服务， 活动形式不能只图表面上的热闹，不是为了活动而活动，而要有一定的语言知识和技能作支撑。在活动的过程中我们应该强调学习语言的意义，同时注重语言形式。 因此，教师要善于通过有效的语言活动帮助学生掌握所学的语言知识与技能。
7 、活动要注意真实性。
我们要尽量把活动的内容贴近学生的生活，尽量符合动态真实的原则，这样才能引导学生表达自己的真实意愿，使活动延伸到课堂以外。
8 、注意活动的时间及类型
课堂的活动形式十分的丰富，但是我们在设计的时候首先要考虑学生的有意注意时间，在考虑学生的年龄特点基础上，要注意经常变换节奏、活动类型应多样化，这样才能促进学生的综合语言运用能力的提升。
9、注意活动的连续性和渐进性，使活动有步骤地推进。
先易后难 、 先输入，后输出。即先听、读，后说、写、随时调整。 一堂课并不是活动的无序结合，而应是具有内在的联系的活动序列。这些活动相互强化和巩固，并向拟定的学习目标发展。因此，在设计活动时，既要考虑活动 的多样性和灵活性，又要考虑其有序性。课堂活动不仅要富于变化，难度适中，而且要连贯、紧凑和循序渐进。
10 、分组活动应注意
一个有经验的教师应该能够做到：活动前做好示范、给每个学生分好角色、鼓励学生共同合作、尽量使用英语、教师在教室内巡视，随时给与鼓励和帮助。 在活动过程中老师应该维护学生安全 维持秩序 、观察学生参与情况鼓励角落族积极加入 、必要时放下身段融入其中 带动气氛 、有纷争立即排解心平气和才继续。
11 、应重视活动的 “ 最后产品 ” ，这是激励学生开展活动的重要动力。

活动方式：口头汇报、表演、展览学生完成的图画、图表或写作作品
活动时间：课上、课下、学期内

12 、活动后及时反馈
教学内容，即语言的反馈、学生完成任务的方式与态度的反馈，老师们除了要检验成效外还应该考虑到找出突发状况发生原因并能立即思考改进方式。

看到其他同学都在上英语课，我觉得我的英语不可能比别人差，所以也报了英语班。
去年下半年报了一个英语班，是师大保洁队二楼。我上的是三年级的课，我四年级的一些朋友也在那里上四年级的课。上学一个学期，感觉不够。
这学期跟着我的好朋友去他的英语班听了一节课。这个英语班叫gatt英语。当我去那里的时候，我发现我的两个好朋友在那里。老师也是女老师。课堂上使用新概念英语（青年版）。老师用英语授课，讲音标。因为是换班，虽然有些人不太懂，但我就是听了一节课，喜欢上了这门英语课。
这门英语课的`课堂气氛非常生动有趣，学习音标可以让我们学习单词的发音更加容易和规范。现在大概能拼读不认识的字了！
班里也有小活动，但是每个班都不一样，有时候是转图打分，有时候是在瓶子上打扑克，有时候是在白板上画猫捉老鼠综上所述，模式层出不穷。
这个英语班每个班不超过十个人，因为有同学没来，我就插队了，我只有九个同学。每周两次课，星期四17：00；18：30；周六18：30；20：30 。课前课后会有一对一的检查辅导，没课的日子会有电话辅导。老师还会给我们发一张背书奖卡和一张学科奖卡，可以兑换一些小奖品，比如英语书、铅芯等。
gatt英语的目标是让学生在听、说、读、写、唱、情景故事等有趣的课堂教学中学以致用，彻底告别哑巴英语，提高学生的综合能力。
上了几节课，爸爸说我的英语有了明显的进步，我会继续努力，弥补以前学的东西，争取更优秀的成绩。
