教育中利用正式群体的巨大力量，形成强大的凝聚力，巧妙引导、用好非正式群体的首领，把非正式群体吸引到班级主道上来。还可充分利用非正式群体间产生的交叉，在各群体间架设桥梁，以促进生生和谐。在班内推行合作学习制度，可以有力地集中学生的凝聚力和提高学生的学习积极性，促进后进生的转化，有效促进同学间的友好关系。定期开展主题班会，加强对学生世界观、人生观、价值观的教育，引导学生正确对待和处理个人利益与集体利益、他人利益之间的关系，从而减少人际磨擦，增进人际和谐。经常组织活动，为学生人际交往提供广阔的时间、空间和自由度。拉近学生与学生之间的空间距离，缩短彼此间的心理距离。还可以加强心理健康教育，培养学生的健全人格。一个心胸宽广、开朗乐观、包容忍让的人一定会拥有良好的人际关系。
