1. we are responsible for our own emotional life.

if we are to experience comfortable, nourishing relationships, we have to relinquish the idea that someone else can make us feel a certain way. if we hold another person responsible when we are upset, we surrender our power, which makes us less capable of creating the outcome we seek. if there is something that is lacking in one of your core relationships, cast off the role of victim and commit to creating the love you deserve.

2. healthy relationships are based upon a deep rooted conviction in equality.

1 学校和谐人际关系的涵义及重要性

著名的心理学家丁瓒教授曾指出:人际关系不良会导致多种身心疾病,如神经衰弱、高血压、心脏病等。可见人际关系对人的心理卫生与健康有着重要的影响。人际关系健康是个体健康的一个重要指标。同样,学校的良好发展也需要和谐的人际关系。学校和谐人际关系是指学校中人与人之间在各自的需要和利益得到协调实现的情况下的彼此尊重、互利共生、诚信友爱、融洽相处的状态和关系,简单地说就是学校中人与人之间关系的和谐。学校和谐人际关系包括人自身的和谐和人与人之间、群体与群体之间关系的和谐。学校领导集体之间、教师员工之间、师生之间关系融洽,能够激发教职工的工作主动性;激发学生学习的积极性;能够有效地保障教育教学成效的实现。反之,人际关系紧张、勾心斗角、互不协作,就会形成内耗,大大降低工作效率,影响学校管理目标的实现。

2 学校人际关系现状

学校是培养人才的摇篮,是文明的金字塔。相对社会其他行业,学校与社会直接联系不多,教师的素质比较高,学生多数都比较可爱,善良。因此学校人际关系总体比较融洽。然而学校教育属于意识形态范畴,其人际关系也具有明显的社会性。当前学校学术气氛不足,教师社交气氛太浓,往往出现以实现个人某个目的为处理某种人际关系的准绳。现今一些教师为了评职称大打出手、斯文扫地;领导在评优工作中近亲繁殖等问题就是典型的例子。这样就很容易引起教师之间,学生之间不和睦,师生之间,师生与校领导之间矛盾重重等。但无论如何,学校毕竟是教书育人的地方。教育教学利在当代、惠及子孙的常规理念,构成人员平均素质较高、批判及校正能力较强等因素都决定了学校人际关系具有明显的可塑性。也就是说,构建学校良好人际关系具备可行性和必然性。

3 如何建立学校和谐人际关系

3.1 促进生生和谐人际关系

教育中利用正式群体的巨大力量,形成强大的凝聚力,巧妙引导、用好非正式群体的首领,把非正式群体吸引到班级主道上来。还可充分利用非正式群体间产生的交叉,在各群体间架设桥梁,以促进生生和谐。在班内推行合作学习制度,可以有力地集中学生的凝聚力和提高学生的学习积极性,促进后进生的转化,有效促进同学间的友好关系。定期开展主题班会,加强对学生世界观、人生观、价值观的教育,引导学生正确对待和处理个人利益与集体利益、他人利益之间的关系,从而减少人际磨擦,增进人际和谐。经常组织活动,为学生人际交往提供广阔的时间、空间和自由度。拉近学生与学生之间的空间距离,缩短彼此间的心理距离。还可以加强心理健康教育,培养学生的健全人格。一个心胸宽广、开朗乐观、包容忍让的人一定会拥有良好的人际关系。

3.2 建立师生和谐人际关系

教师在师生关系中起主导作用,教师应与学生建立民主、平等的对话关系。同时教师应掌握高超的教育艺术和教育机智。及时对学生采取灵活有效的应变策略。教师还应加强自身修养,提高自我控制的能力,保持良好教学心境,面对复杂问题,能够保持理智,做自己情绪的主人。教师要树立教育法制观念,使自己处理问题行为的方式控制在教育法律所规定的范围之内。最后教师要实行民主管理, 引导学生加强自我管理,在和谐的氛围中允许学生有自己的思想和个性。如果教师能做到以上几点,一定会与学生和谐相处。

3.3 建立师师和谐人际关系

教师之间长期共事,难免出现这样或那样的矛盾,这些矛盾有时为利益冲突,有时表现为意见分歧,有时表现为相互误解。但是绝大多数矛盾是在根本利益一致基础上的,是非对抗性矛盾。因此,解决这类主要用道德调节手段。如果教师之间能够真正做到少一点埋怨,多几分理解,关系就会融洽得多,即使出现误解,只要检点自己,胸怀大度,误会也会随着事实的澄清而逐渐消除。教师之间开展有益的竞争,必须注意,一方面要敢于突破传统观念的束缚,敢于冒尖;另一方面要提倡科学、求实的作风,形成自己的新方法和新见解。这种竞争与团结协作不仅不矛盾,而且还相辅相成,互相补充。只有这样,个人才能得到提高,教育才能得到发展,教师之间的关系才能够和谐。

3.4 建立学校领导之间的和谐关系

毛泽东同志指出: 办教育也要看干部。学校党政领导班子是学校各项事业的领导核心。有没有一支心齐气顺、团结和谐的领导班子, 一个舒心融洽、合作团结的环境,直接关系到和谐校园建设目标能否顺利实现。党政班子应荣辱与共、同舟共济,其成员都有职、责、权,在工作中既要依法办学、照章办事、各负其责,又要相互信任、顾全大局,严于律己、宽以待人。党政领导班子的团结和谐、和而不同、事业为重,广大教职工才会齐心协力、奋勇拼搏, 共同推动学校事业的又好又快发展。

3.5 建立学校领导与师生的和谐关系

教师和学生是学校的主体。一方面, 校领导要牢固树立全心全意依靠教职工办学的理念,大力营造尊师重教的良好氛围,切实维护教职工的合法权益,努力改善教师的工作、学习、生活条件。另一方面,校领导要牢固树立全心全意为学生服务的理念,把促进学生的成长和全面发展作为办学的根本追求,努力为学生在校学习、生活提供优良环境,把一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切的思想贯穿于学校工作的全过程。学校师生也要关心和支持学校的发展, 理解学校领导为人才培养、科学研究和社会服务所作出的努力, 积极参与学校事务管理, 勇于建言献策, 爱护学校的一草一木, 同心同德共建和谐校园。
