一花一世界,一树一菩提。每一缕轻柔花香,每一束璀璨星光,每一滴琼浆玉液,每一盏白雪茫茫,都是大自然对人类的馈赠。浮生于世,美在点滴,正是自律给了我珍藏美的内在动机。
随着互联网的普及,碎片化信息占据了我们的生活。我曾一度陷入这空虚又空洞的时代深渊,任由光阴从指尖中划过。随之失去的,还有我的考试成绩。我苦恼,却又无法自拔,仿佛越陷越深。一次偶然的机会,我在杂志上看到一篇有关自我约束的文章。文章介绍,保持长期爱好可以利用隐性自律,帮助约束自我。我把它视作救命的稻草,紧紧抓住不放。
于是,我把手机的屏幕使用时间设为每天十分钟。那多出来的时间干点什么好呢?我打算收集二十四节气时的花瓣。虽然我都不知道为什么会产生这个想法,但它至少能使我定居在这非虚拟的大自然里,从而便打消了二心。
起初,这一计划实行地很困难,每次屏幕使用时间一到,我心怀沮丧,很不情愿出门。但是,改掉一个坏习惯总是要付出点代价的。于是,我硬着头皮走出家门,出现在公园的草坪旁,花坛的角落里,或是落叶滩的正中央。渐渐地,我感受了立春的连翘阳光活泼,惊蛰的早樱袅娜羞涩;谷雨的露薇花容缤纷,小满的芍药俏枝交错;立秋的风信子摇摇欲坠,白露的海芋英姿洒脱;霜降的腊梅凌寒傲骨,大雪的冬青柔美萧瑟……
在这些靓丽的花影下,我轻轻拾起一片片落红,夹在古老的书页里。次年,这些曾经拥有着光辉的花瓣,被我珍藏在在一张张明信片上。没有了屏幕上的流光溢彩,我却拥有了一幅幅生动的画框;没有了虚拟空间里的消沉懈怠,我却拥有了探寻自然的快乐。感谢自律,为我的生活抹了些许“零落成泥香如故”。
后来,我也会偶尔刷刷朋友圈,但我不会沉浸其中,因为我在户外活动中找到了手机里不曾有过的体验。有时,投身于花瓣的收集中,我竟会忘了刷手机,“屏幕使用时间”也就形同虚无。对于屏幕管理,我并不是唯一的困惑者。每当朋友对我倾诉他们因过度使用手机而学习状态变差的经历时,我就抽一张明信片,写一段话送给他们。这些卡片承载的远大于一张纸的内容,它给予人们以力量——坚定自律的力量。

上海科技馆,一项人们杰出的工程项目,大家乘地铁赶到科技展览馆。哇!好独特好雄壮的工程建筑哦!它由粗大的圆球和四层的框架剪力墙构成。
大家伴随着人工流产总算买回来了三张门票费。科技展览馆一层设立地表探索与发现、生物润街和少年儿童科技园区。二层设立智能机器人全球和蜘蛛展。
走入生物润街展示区,一个非洲草原进入我的眼前,一只只猛兽做得十分真实,小象、梅花鹿、狮子座、老虎狮子……坐下来的,立着的,躺着的,跑着的。走到她们的身旁,还会继续传出真实的鸣叫声。
离去生物润街展示区,赶到少年儿童科技园区,这儿随处是科学,已经我惊讶科学的奇妙时,“哗啦哗啦……”一阵动听的水的声音将我吸引住到那里,但见一个极大地自来水龙头悬在半空中,水龙头里的水不断地往下滴。咦?沒有自来水管的自来水龙头咋会排出这么多水呢?哦!我终于发觉密秘了,原先在水流中掩藏着一根自来水管,它能够把往下流的水吸返回上边去。那样吸了流,流了吸,因此 这自来水龙头的水如何也流不完。
道别了少年儿童科技园区,大家走入蜘蛛展服务厅,一只大蜘蛛下跌在服务厅的空中,吓了我一大跳。原来是只蜘蛛实体模型。走到一块岩层前,正中间有一个小孔,里边也有只小蜘蛛,要是我们一走到洞前,它就要说:“你敢来抓我吗?”我一看,呀!那时寡姐。寡姐是世界最毒的蜘蛛,我不敢随便将手伸入洞里去抓,可又一想,这儿会确实放一只蜘蛛使游人不安全?不太可能!我便将手伸进去抓,只听里边传出一阵得意的笑声:“嘿嘿,想捉到我,可不容易!”蜘蛛展服务厅也有很多种多样蜘蛛,我这里看一下,那里看看,提高了许多专业知识。
之后,大家仍在智能机器人全球听了弹钢琴智能机器人演奏,在地表探索与发现区看到了很多煤块,仍在人和身心健康区看到了好多个大体细胞。
上海科技馆真实反映出了“人?当然?高新科技”这一主题风格,要我从这当中体会来到无穷无尽快乐和高新科技的奇妙能量。上海科技馆要我惊叹不已。

天还蒙蒙亮,我们一家便起床,地铁+高铁+地铁的车程,奔赴人山人海,车水马龙的上海迪士尼乐园。
两小半时过去了,我们来到了一座风景如画的游乐场——上海迪士尼。步入大门,只有在童话中才能见到的一座高耸入云的城堡首先映入我的眼帘。缓步像城堡走去的途中,我们还见到了一座奇花异草,五彩缤纷的花园。它俩的组合,就是迪士尼的特色之一“梦幻世界”。
整一天,我们经历了许多“关卡”,比如惊险的雷鸣山漂流,有趣的穿越地平线,恐怖的极速光轮,可怕的加勒比海盗,好玩的喷气飞行器……其中最令我流连忘返的,就是雷鸣山漂流、极速光轮,以及穿越地平线。
雷鸣山漂流,就是在雷鸣山上玩漂流游戏。我们排了曲折不计其数的长队,在入门一小时后终于坐上了漂流船。它在前行过程中时而缓缓移动,时而冲向蓝天,惊险无比。至于穿越地平线,则是乘上飞行摇椅,并利用某种不知名原理,带我们翱翔游览许多著名景点,比如雄伟壮观的北京长城,神秘莫测的东非大裂谷,银装素裹的南极冰川海域……其间更是闻到了花香,听到了瀑布声,使我有种身临其境的感觉,似乎自己真正在这些世界著名景点旅游。
接下来,我将会把极速光轮,那项我认为比较恐怖的项目展现在大家面前。极速光轮,是翻版的过山车。一辆长而扁的摩托车,一个蓝色的光环,一座炫酷的滑翔管,就是它所有的活动道具。活动一开始,你的车就会缓缓行驶。待红绿灯一放行,它就逐步提速,向室外飞行而去。一开始路平缓无比,所以不会有太大不良反应。突然,摩托车极速下降,“嗖”得一声“坠下深渊”,我的心提到了嗓子眼,并即将从口中飞出时,它又“呼”得一声攀向高峰,搞得我恶心涌上心头,一坨黏糊糊的东西快要破口而出。就在这时,摩托车突然“玩”起了倒立(倒悬在铁轨上),使我几乎窒息,而有些前后摩托车的哥哥姐姐们则直接哇哇大叫起来。那声音,令人毛骨倏然。再之后,终于缓缓停了下来,到达了目的地,悬着的心终于放松下来。
美好的时光消逝如箭一般快,一下子就飘散如烟。但这一天实在是刺激、欢快、梦幻、优美集于一体,这一天永远不会离我而去。
